I was just not into it today. I ran a very easy 10 miles at about 9 min. per mile. I felt like I was moving in slow motion but I just didn't couldn't pick up the pace. I feel that I had a very good week of running this week, but I feel this is the limit for awhile. I will not do any more increase in mileage. I don't think I am able to completely recover on my recovery days, and so my hard training days are suffering for it. I might need add an additional recovery day in between the hard days.
