2hr 13 min trail run, felt fine, started to feel like i was locking up a little bit

by the end but was glad my legs felt fairly fresh. listened to a book on tape while running which made the time pass much better. i think this will be a new thing for me.

What book? Where did you get it? Did you start the service I use?

prisoner of birth by jeffrey archer. i highly recommend it so far! my mom gets books on tape from the local library...they have a great selection for some reason although the library is not big.

I went to a play that he was in-and was written by him in london. This was just after he got out of jail himself. I forgot what he was in for though. So these are seriously books on 'tape'? I much prefer mp3's because of no moving parts and such, but when its free vs 10 bucks per book i guess I could deal with it.

they are on cd...i download them to my computer and make mp3's for my ipod. it takes about 5 min. the only annoying thing is the ipod scrambles up the chapters sometimes
