Merge road and trail running and adventure run bonkers.

Sub 2:30 marathon. Run my best at distances from half marathon to 100 miles.

Happily married with 4 great kids. Running is but one of the amazing vehicles for connecting with others and celebrating life. Gratitude!
Favorite Blogs:
11 miles on the bike at the gym. 30 minute workout. Ready to return to the run on Thursday. It's been a good break. Rested and refreshed.
First run back. Some easy paced stuff around Spanish Fork. No real trouble spots.
20 on the bike at the gym. Starting to feel much better.
Trail run with the Sojourners on the BST. Everything felt great. Knocked a couple sub 6's out on the last 2. All under control and strong. 2 weeks post marathon and feeling great.
