Very busy week at work. I did what I could running wise keeping in "balance" and 58 miles was what I was given :). Finished the week out with a win at the Cupcake Charity 5k in Eagle mountian. It was a fun race with over half ran trying not to have an accident :). Despite the major discomfort I finished in 17:05, won the race, and pocketed $75. Splts were 5:08, 5:22, 6:06. I ran through the finish and straight into the port o' potty. A little frustrating because aerobically I was completely fine and would have smashed my PR, but it's all good but I will have other opportunities this season. Grateful for good health. I did a 10 mile workout after the race that went well.

On the cooldown after the race Ari convinced me to do the Cryce Canyon 50k next weekend. I know I'm undertrained but I am so grateful and happy about running it.
