Merge road and trail running and adventure run bonkers.

Sub 2:30 marathon. Run my best at distances from half marathon to 100 miles.

Funrun with Mike, Spencer, and Toni. We took the pipeline up to bridal veil and then Mike and I went up to south fork park. Attempted 3, 2, 1, on the return and it went great but my legs were cooked on the 1 so I shut it down, not quite recovered from last week plus the climbing. Mike is a beast and ran like one. Fun morning. I think a nice girl briefly saw my bum as i pulled up my shorts after I had to pull a Sasha during the 3, oopsie.
