Merge road and trail running and adventure run bonkers.

Sub 2:30 marathon. Run my best at distances from half marathon to 100 miles.

lunch - ez 5. 7:21

pm - unplanned progression run on the canal road. It just happened by itself and I was cruising pretty good by the end. 7:40 - 5:50. The return is uphill and the route is dirt so it turned out really good. Nice to have the legs decide to come back so quick :). 6:45

Thanks Rachelle :)! I still need to get down south and run with you fast ladies. You're too close not too. I've ran around those orchards a little bit and it's very nice. It would be better with some company of course ;).
