And:)?

The Terminator did 642 flights of stairs (whatever that means) and he's struggling with some poundage issues:)

Hold on... how many stairs are there in a flight? There are 14 stairs from my ground floor hall to the landing - does that mean if I go up and down them 513 times, I'll have done more than you? Mind you, I'd have to come down each time - not a good idea as the wife would go nuts at me; now I can see why you go to the gym to climb stairs:)

That's why he's the terminator Bam. I could do more but then he'd just squash me again the next day :). I talked with him the other night and I just need to man up and throw it on the same setting he does (which is totally maxed out from start to finish).

I really need to give it a whirl to see. Even though I have been injured and cross training for far too long I am for the most part a lard free solid muscle. I have been a mad scientist on the diet and strength work and am proud of what I've done the last bit. I hope it pays off for my running but the jury is still out.

If nothing else, I sure look purdy in compression socks.

Also, it should be noted that while the terminator and I have both been utilizing this devil of a machine to keep some fitness; the grand master of said machine is Fritz, who from what I remember does it hands free.

Hmmm, Stairs. Might have to try that...
