Only had time for 5 on the stairmaster so I made them at a harder effort. Stretch, rolling, and strength training at home after. My wife and oldest are gone until tomorrow night so I am partying hard with the little kids :).

I love that profile pic. That slope behind your right shoulder is the best line I've ever skied. What a cool run.

Thanks! It was last winter. Golden Harper and I went up and ran the twins from Snowbird. Hit a couple cool ridges and made it to Hidden Peak. The twins had too much ice to risk it but it was a fun day. I have rode the backside of the twins in June but haven't had the board on Superior... yet :).

We should do it in the spring, after Boston, when the snow is stable. Check this out:

Its so amazing if you catch it in good conditions. A little scary, but good scary. I would need to get a little more skiing under my belt before I go up and do that again!

Brandon, way to stick to the cross training! Super impressed with your work this week. I hope to see up to full strength soon. You are being very smart.

Hope your little injury is better. Did you run today then?
