Last long-ish run with Matt, Mike, Zak, and Reed. It was cold :)! We ran easy with some tempo towards the end. It was fun to run most of the push together. I ran a 5k. 5:25, 5:27, 5:44. I backed off the last mile to MP. Everything feels good with a week to go. We stopped afterward to pick up some bottles for next week. I picked up and devoured a maple bacon donut that officially topped off the hay in the barn. Bacon for the win! Seriously so excited. Today I felt like a cyborg :).

You are a cyborg! Yes, that donut was the perfect finish to your barn being full of hay! You looked like a million bucks today. So fun running side by side with you during the tempo.

Good luck next week, looking forward to see how well you will do.

Nice last longish run. You have definitely moved some serious hay in this build up and should have an awesome race next weekend. See you there.
