In May 2010 I was large and started running. Now I'm much smaller :), -63 lbs.

Short-Term Running Goals:

Merge road and trail running and adventure run bonkers.

Long-Term Running Goals:

Sub 2:30 marathon. Run my best at distances from half marathon to 100 miles.

Personal:

Happily married with 4 great kids. Running is but one of the amazing vehicles for connecting with others and celebrating life. Gratitude!

Easy run with Matt and Scott around Matt's hood. Matt and I did 6 and wished Scott well as he continued on. Threw some strides in at the end. The 5k tomorrow should be fun. It will be good to see where I'm at with almost zero prep and to have a starting point. Maybe Matt can carry me :). 7:06

I know you're reading this as you eat your breakfast:) I've got spies everywhere, especially out on that course you're running today. I'll know if you cut any corners in some mad attempt to catch Terminator Poulsen:)
