In May 2010 I was large and started running. Now I'm much smaller :), -63 lbs.

Merge road and trail running and adventure run bonkers.

Long-Term Running Goals:

Sub 2:30 marathon. Run my best at distances from half marathon to 100 miles.

Personal:

Happily married with 4 great kids. Running is but one of the amazing vehicles for connecting with others and celebrating life. Gratitude!

Big storm today :). It was snowing so hard in Highland but no wind so Scott and I set out for a later morning run on the Murdock trail. It was one of those best runs ever with 2-3 inches of softness underfoot and the quiet stillness of the storm. Thankful for days like today.

i love those quiet snow runs. salt lake city only received a light powdered sugar dusting. it's crazy how hit-and-miss some of these storms can be (i believe that's a cliche?)

Agree with the group. Something special about a run like that. People don't know what they're missing.
