The trick moving forward is to seamlessly merge the turnover and intensity from "fake" :) running and x training into my legs as they return and remember"real"running on the pavement and trails. If i do it right i believe i can get back to regular fun more quickly. Safe but still intense, if that makes any sense at all. |
