I've been doing plenty of ancillary work daily and working with weights. Mobility, flexibility, as week as core and leg strength. I have a few good routines I'll stick to and switch them up every few weeks to keep it fresh. I did an hour on the cybex machine on max incline and 75% resistance with no hands. HR stayed around 150. Felt good to get a solid effort in. Cool down, stretch and roll and light massage. Thankful to Fritz for showing that fitness can be attained and maintained through diligent X-training.
It's funny how now that I'm actually passing attention how the better nutrition choices are are much more evident.
