Easy warmup on the elliptical, 2.25 miles. 6 mile short speed session on the TM to wake the legs up for the adventure run tomorrow. 1 mile at 6:58, then 4 x 1/2 mile with 1/2 mile recoveries. hit the 1/2's in 2:42, 2:40, 2:38, 2:35. Kept the recoveries around 6:50. Ran a mile cool down at 6:55. felt good today.
