1.5 mile warmup. 4x 1 mile repeats on the MTC loop, 5:15, 5:16, 5:18, 5:05. 1.5 mile cool down. It was hot after work today so I took extra time in between sipping from the stashed water and recovering fully. I felt great on these, my legs are feeling really good. I iced in teh river afterward. Great day. 6:40 average for the run. |
