Tuesday Half. Plan called for 13 so I stretched it a tenth. Was harder than it was supposed to be but I was sick yesterday so I'll take it. 13.11 in 1:31:18 and a real slow cooler mile in 10:00.Back was tight so I did some dynamic stretching after. Ankle is still angry. I may have to adjust my spring schedule if it doesn't calm down. I think the back is a byproduct of compensation for the ankle. |
