Alter G Tuesday. 5 minute warmup, 12 mile progression run at 85% and 3 incline, 5 minute cool down. Was a little stiff the first 10 minutes and then felt really good. I felt like i was playing it safe at 85% so that's a good sign. 12 miles in 1:17:50. Last mile was 5:40. It's coming back around. Also had my hip area and my groin scraped (fun!) while I was there. Strength at home after. |
