In May 2010 I was large and started running. Now I'm much smaller :), -63 lbs.

Sub 2:30 marathon. Run my best at distances from half marathon to 100 miles.

2.5 warmup, progressive 8 x 1k with 600 meter recoveries, 1 mp mile, 1.25 cooldown. I'm happy because I nailed this one :). The 1k's were 3:24, 3:24, 3:22, 3:22, 3:20, 3:19, 3:17, 3:14. Recoveries all at 7:45 pace. Then 1 mile at 5:43. Easy cooldown.

My workouts are going to start being more marathon focused instead of pure speed. I've backed off a little to make sure I hit these instead of possibly running them too fast and having the whole of the workout be sub par. However, I do believe I'm in better shape than I think I am. It's funny how much of this really is mental. But at any rate, it's coming :).
