AM 20 miles Went back up to Rail trail to get a little more elevation training.  Ran with Carre, Michelle, and Zuzanna.  Legs are a little tired from yesterdays marathon, but I've been icing and using the stick on the sore spots.  9 of us are headed in for massages this afternoon so that will help.  Total time for the twenty was 2:32.  Adding more core stuff the next few weeks to try to get stronger.  If I get too buff I might look like a teenager again, and maybe my competition will not think I'm a master and let me go.

You have been going crazy with the miles lately. I don't know how you can do a 20 miler the day after running the PC Marathon course. It will be interesting to see how fast you run when you taper for St. George (I assume you are running it).

A 20 miler the day after a marathon? I echo Ted's comments.
