AM 20 miles Went back up to Rail trail to get a little more elevation training. Ran with Carre, Michelle, and Zuzanna. Legs are a little tired from yesterdays marathon, but I've been icing and using the stick on the sore spots. 9 of us are headed in for massages this afternoon so that will help. Total time for the twenty was 2:32. Adding more core stuff the next few weeks to try to get stronger. If I get too buff I might look like a teenager again, and maybe my competition will not think I'm a master and let me go. |
