Was on my feet all day and tired for the race.  We had the BYU XC race for the high school team in the morning so I got some running there but who knows how much.  Afternoon we had the race. I'm having leg trouble so I probably shouldn't have run it but as many know I'm not the smartest book on the shelf.   Race went pretty much as planned.  I was 8 seconds faster this year than last and this year I've got this bum leg to deal with.  No cool down because I had to pick up the cones from the course.

Bum leg and all, you still were pulling some fast splits down the canyon. As for the cooldown, no one stopped you from running from cone to cone - Ha. Except maybe the crazy drunk kids crusing down the canyon trying to pick off the runners.

Nice Job, I hope the leg heals quickly for you.
