AM PC marathon,  Not quite what I wanted, Started out way too slow. Gave a good effort, time to sharpen the focus on what's to come.

PM run 2 miles to loosen up before bed.

I was 1:06 slower this year than last.  Different course than last year, but when looking at times from people who ran both courses most are 4-7 minutes or more slower this year. So being only one minute slower shows an improvement over last year.

Boy, I thought you might be more descriptive in your race reports, at least. Nope. But good job at a hard race. You'll be ready for SGM once you throw in your taper.

BC, great job. Boy are you humble with your report. Enjoy St. George. I wish I was there again this year. I love that race. Good luck.

Congrats Bill, finishing any marathon and still under 3 hours is still great

Good job, especially considering the course and the altitude. As far as the race report goes, I'd be too tired to even consider much more.

Good job, PC marathon, altitude, often windy, up hill portions, not good crowd support, etc. Very tough marathon. Congrads on 3rd place. It seems runners need a version of the end zome dance, high fives, chest bumps or something. 3rd place is fastastic and deserves much celebration.

With the harder course, everything was up in the air. Still a good effort and with all the mileage in your legs at the time I can't wait to see what you do completely fresh.
