AM sugar house park, 1 lap around outside of park warm up, 5@ 400 meters hill repeat with 2 min recovery, 5 strides cool down lap inside road lap. Quads are beat up from yesterdays long run.
PM sugar house park, Same workout as this morning except 7 miles after the strides. 10 miles for the night. Still sore tonight. Emigration canyon can sure beat up the legs. I remember last year that of all the marathons I did Des was the hardest to recover from. |
