Long run today from the 4 mile mark on Des to the foothill turn where the course changes back north on foothill, instead of me going north I go south here and over the parleys bridges to Wasatch blvd to my house.  Long run and hot.  I didn't drink until 18 miles so I was dehydrated.  No stops along the way. total time 2:33.25.

I actually won't be there tomorrow. I'm still taking one day off a week and becuase I have Monday morning meetings I have that as my day. Sorry.

There are two water bottles planted at the ward across from the DN 18 mile mark. They are on the North corner of the wall.
