WOW,
What a day of running, I was hoping to run at least 8:00
minute miles but I did not do that; I ran 7:49 per mile!! I am hurting right now. My schedule says to run eight miles today, so
I changed that to ten miles. My total time was 78:13. Also, my leg was feeling
GREAT, all I did was every time it started to hurt I stretched it and that made
a world of difference.
