Good day of running!! I ran three miles at 22:04 @ 7:21 pace
per mile, and two miles at 16:04 @ 8:02 pace. Today at work and home when ever
my leg started to hurt I did some really good stretching on it and it seemed to
help out a lot. I guess the reason I am keeping up my intense workout is
because I would like to run another half marathon in January. I would like to
run a race in Arizona, any suggestions?
