Ran Lake Mary Road in Flagstaff.  Awesome run.  Ran with a guy who run with the Flagstaff track club and boy was I pushed!  Don't know if it was pushing too hard before my marathon race in 2 weeks, but I just felt good and pushed a bit on this relatively flat run but at 7000 feet.  Was scheduled for 16 miles, but I settled for 14 as I was pushing a bit and I'm not used to running at 7000 feet.
