ooooooo I'm frozen.  Start temp ~55 degrees and end temp ~59 degrees.  I felt much better today.  I'm thinking that I'm running a bit faster because I'm trying so hard to warm up.  AP was 9:40.  Not bad.  Holland advanced to the finals!!!!!!  Hup, hup Holland!

Ran in the pm with my older daughter (10 yrs old) and we went 3.03 miles and she wanted to go hard.  Our AP was  9:16.

Holland vs. Spain?

From Barb on Wed, Jul 07, 2010 at 04:06:49 from 92.66.70.122

Burt...so you're rooting for Spain? I think Germany is a better team and they are playing very well. BUT, maybe Spain will have an amazing game! We shall see...ULTIMATELY I'm rooting for Holland!

The only reason I'm rooting for Spain is because I lived there and Rhett told me I must: http://rhett.fastrunningblog.com/blog--30-minutes-deep-water-running-Wo/07-02-2010.html

From Burt on Wed, Jul 07, 2010 at 12:09:28 from 206.19.214.144

KP! You don't even like sports! I bet you don't even know what sport we're talking about. You're just saying that to make me mad. Well, it's not going to work. I'm as cool as a cucumber.

GGGGGGRRRRRRRRRRRRRR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

You stinker! You win! I'm mad!

From KP on Wed, Jul 07, 2010 at 13:45:34 from 65.208.22.25

we're talking about an underwater basket weaving competition, right?

From Barb on Wed, Jul 07, 2010 at 13:49:51 from 92.66.70.122

Well, I would like Spain to win as I think Germany is the team to beat, though we have some good friends that are German and it would be fun to play against each other! Nothing like a good game! Even though KP was trying to make you mad, I do think that Germany will win unless Spain plays a phenomenal game.

So, Spain had an amazing game. Now we'll have a team win the World Cup that has never won it in the history of the cup! Hup Holland Hup!

Wasn't Ronald Kumen (sp?) from Holland?
