Wow, it was cold and it sure felt like it has been awhile since I got out.  Well, it has been awhile so that's why my legs are stiff and sore already.  Nice jaunt at a mild pace around the parkway - tempted to stop at Maverik for breakfast but kept on running.  Good air, good conversation, good bye.
