Coeur D'Alene:  Beautiful run towards the mountain. Just ran East until I hit big trees and came back.  Ddin't take long.  Cool temps made it great.  Foot so so as usual.

Coeur D'Alene:  Just a jog to see the surroundings by my hotel.  Trying to find some time to get some excercise.  Foot isn't great.  Very nervous about having to up the mileage soon.  Beautiful run with trees around and mildly warm temps.  (Triumph 5-B:  120.8)
