Personal:
I started running in 2004 when I needed to lose 100 lbs. or so. I got active with running and triathlons and still continue to participate in the local active events. I am married with 3 children.
Parkway loop in the nice overcast morning. Wind moving west to east. A little sprinkle on the downhill stretch of the parkway. Foot pain coming and going. So is my life. Amazingly, I'm 3 days in a row. (Triumph 5-B: 117.2)
