Ran 2.23 in 28:02.  AHR 155, 76% Max, HR Range 148-163, 21:48 in zone, peak 172, cal 656 based on 232 lbs.  Ran in evening, temp a low 48 degrees.  Didn't look at watch, felt like I was putting in a good time, but time was much slower than I thought.

Ran 2.23 miles in 28:42.  AHR 155, 76% Max, HR Range 148-163, 22:48 in zone, peak 171, cal 672 based on 232 lbs.  Ran midday temp 72 degrees and felt warm.  Felt like I was running very slow and doing a lot of walking.  I knew the time would be slow, but the heat was keeping my HR up.  Hands got a little swollen near the end of the run.
