Early morning at the gym. 1 hour 30 minute pool run which is a long period of my life I will never regain. Man, that is boring. Upper body workout for 30 minutes after.

I call mileage board foul! Time in the water doesn't count as running.

The effort for me to run an hour and half in the pool is greater than it takes to run a marathon. It's a real sacrifice, so you better believe I count the mileage. It's good to know someone reads the mileage board every now and then. What happened, did this run put me ahead of you or something? :-)
