They are pretty lame workouts, really. I have not had the time at all. My family just needed a week together. It's kind of like squeeze an hour in here or 30 minutes there and try to make it quality. I have not been able to follow my schedule at all. I'm probably about half on planned mileage. But the rewards at home have been worth it. You just can't do it all..
