Hey Steve. I need to do a LONG run in the next couple days. Don't suppose we could work it out so we could do one together?

That would be great. I'd love to, but I will be in Florida over Easter weekend. I do have the first part of next week off, but I won't be down in Salt Lake.

I did get the kids time arranged for the June trip so I should get reservations done.

I have been thinking a bit this week about your race last Saturday and your training. I am convinced you could drop 2.5 minutes off that time. I think you should focus in on Grandmas Half and tweak a few things in your training.

I don't know about 2.5 minutes but I definitely could have run faster - especially with proper pacing. Pete Magill has a great article on the Running Times website on going out too fast.

Don't know when you'll be working this weekend, but give me a call and we'll firm up the exact dates for June.
