Beach run early morning Cancun. Today I finished Mcdougal's latest book, Natural Born Hero's. Didn't enjoy it nearly like Born To Run. Couple of good ideas such as the sections on the uselessness of gyms compared to what nature offers, and why focusing only on competition instead of health. Otherwise it's just a book pushing the meat/paleo diet again. One wonders why Chris, now he's discovered the secrets of the Tarahumara and barefoot running, coupled with the incredible power of protein diets, fascia elesticity, and low heart rate fat burning, still can't run a 4.5 hour marathon. Probably book three...
