Out in the pouring rain today at 43 degrees so I froze. Then we did a P90X legs and arms followed by the "Ab Ripper". Thats a sweet Christmas Eve workout. Spent the rest of the day in Fredericksburg's old German town. Of any country that I've spent Christamas in, the Germans do it best.
