Crystal clear day in Kansas. Went for a nice easy run amoung the cornfields. Felt more like I was surviving today than yesterday

Did you ever get an x-ray on that ankle to make sure you don't have any broken bones? Sorry it's giving you so much trouble!

Thanks. Nope, I kind of figured I knew what they would say and if it heals up without being mobilized then I am good to go. Today went good, I think it's time to start getting some training in. Looks like you've had some challenges yourself this summer. Bummer!

Seriously Steve, if it's starting to feel a little better then give it a couple more days and make sure. You won't lose any fitness with a couple days in the gym or pool.

That's kind of what I'm thinking. I'm so far behind in any training that it doesn't matter anyway. I'm looking at starting to get ready for CIM. That's 80 days away and should be a realistic amount of time to get ready
