Wow, a day off with no work and no kids. I flew down to Phoenix and ran the Ridgeline Trail at 2pm, 119 degrees. Wow. That pretty much sums it up. Could be as hot as I have ever run, so much fun! Spent the evening with friends to top off a great day off.
