Nice week going.
I registered for Draper Days so I'll see you there.
Also registered for the marathon next Wednesday so I'll expect you to return the favor from last year and come run the last couple miles with me. With Gatorade!

Great, maybe I'll invite myself to your house and go to the race with you. I don't have the girls with me this week though. Gonna be a stacked masters field. You, Walter, Sasha, who knows what other old ones. I'll run the last few at Des with you, if I have it off. Right now I'm scheduled to work that day.

Me being in it doesn't make it "stacked". I'll be 10-20 minutes behind those guys.
I need to obtain some of your skill in picking races. Here I thought since the 10k was on the circuit and the marathon wasn't that all the good competition would be in the 10k. Wrong again Rob! So maybe you'll be going up against a couple 70 year olds like last week.

Well I meant at Draper Days, not the marathon. I think everyone is running the 10k on the 24th.

Draper Days will be awesome since all us old guys and a deep field of the circuit guys are on it. Probably the fastest top 15 finish times of the year

I thought you meant the marathon.
Hopefully you guys won't be 10 to 20 minutes ahead of me at Draper Days!

Whatever, you are running faster than I am right now. We just need to hamstring those other guys. I'm pretty happy to just be running. It's a good feeling. This morning I was walking out of the hotel in LA and my knee just collapsed. I fell flat in my face in front of everyone. Pretty amusing! But I can still run fairly well with it. Weird. As long as I don't push it.

That's a little concerning Steve!
You need to think 20 years down the road. You don't want to be a crippled old man.
