Today I'm getting going on training for TOU marathon. First time in a few years I'll actually train 12 weeks out for a race instead of just fitting it in. Good run today and a LONG bike ride for my girls.

Will tour training plan include racing a marathon or half marathon every weekend?
Oh, we didn't drive through Logan - straight up I-15.

I'm glad!

It will include a lot of halfs. I have to do 10-12 mile Tempo runs anyway at goal marathon pace. Might as well be a half. Not any marathons though.
