Smell the dirt, feel the mountain, taste the wind.

"Our legs are tight, our feet are flying, and we are gliding over the roll of the land. The sun is up, the air is fresh, the stone is old, and we are free and at peace. The clock has stopped because another time has taken over." C. Bowden

That does sound fun. We could go grab a Mt Dew after! I just landed in Salt Lake and have to go back to work Sat evening. I was thinking about catching a run with the guys down there, but Is have to drive back, and I'm a bit wore out. I was also looking at a trial run at the Mt Logan Peak trail record Sat but that's 18 miles. But on Tuesday I'm running a night R2R from the South Rim Grand Canyon on a work overnight since it's the first day the rim shuttle runs. So maybe a 10K would be a good choice.

I've had an unusual amount of spare time to waste on running this year. My mom says its time to get married again...
