Smell the dirt, feel the mountain, taste the wind.
Personal:
"Our legs are tight, our feet are flying, and we are gliding over the roll of the land. The sun is up, the air is fresh, the stone is old, and we are free and at peace. The clock has stopped because another time has taken over." C. Bowden
10 miles in the light rain along the Bay Trail, San Francisco, CA. No energy at all in these legs. Just starting to read about "Stotansim" a few books on Cerutty's ideas about running. This is some really cool stuff.

Did you really run 3 miles in the airport yesterday?
Will you be in Salt Lake any this week?
Just remembered (Leopard Run this weekend) that you are coming up on the one year anniversary of getting run over in Vegas. Be careful this week!

Yowser, bad memory there. That was no fun. Yep, I finished off 30 that day, wasn't meaning to, just had two spare hours waiting on mechanics.
I hope to make it down for the Leopard run, there will be some good competition Saturday. I pretty much decided I would not be training for these short races since I want to focus on the marathon training. That means I will get another butt kicking.
