Hi Steve,

It's a good thing they took your profile picture at the beginning of the race because anytime later there sure wouldn't be anyone near you. Looks like you're going to leave those guys around you in the dust soon...

Ouch! That hurts.

Sorry... Didn't mean the comment as an insult, Steve just looks strong and fast!

I'm just kidding.Steve smoked me (the guy in the middle) by 3 minutes. However, he just nipped Walter (far left) by a few seconds.

But yeah, they are now putting Steve's picture in the dictionary next to "stud".

Steve didn't say what he ran the 5 X 1 mile in but I'm guessing 5:26, 5:21, 5:16, 5:01, 4:48.

Rob, you need your butt kicked!

It's funny, the lady who took this picture for the Tribune posted it on Walter's Face Book wall. She commented on the post to him how obvious it was that he was the only one of the group with any good running form. She commented further that he should show it to his high school team as an instructional picture. That's gotta make you smile.

I stole the picture from Walter's page. I love it. It reminded me that it's only been a couple of years running again for me since college and here I am running with two amazing runners. Good friends too!

Thanks for saving me Steve. I thought for a minute I had kicked a hornets nest!

I think I look pretty good if I do say so...

Also, it is impossible to discern good running form from a single still photo from the front. You have to have video from the side or a rapid series of still photos from the side.

No comment on the mile splits?

Also, I didn't know that Walter coached a high school team. I thought I new every coach in Utah.

I definitly learned one thing from this Blog Thread... I'm never going to post a picture of me running :)
