PM: After a full day of school and home work I finally go out of the house for my run around 10 ish.  I did a loop through the Y campus and then up by the temple and back down home.  Temps were warmer than I dressed for.  My tummy was a bit up set during the last 2 from just eating an hour earlier.  I wont be doing that again.

PM: Have you ever had one of those dreams where you feel like your running in water, or possibly in sand?  Well i lived one of those runs tonight as I tried to master the art of running on slick roads covered in Ice and snow.  I ran up towards the Y to get a cool look over the valley as the fog and stuff rolled in, but it was much harder than anticipated.  Getting up wasn't the most difficult part, it was going down.  Every step I took I slid 4 feet. So I probably cant say i "ran" 5 miles but more like ran 4 and slid 5.  :)

PM: Todays temps were warmer than they have been with the recent snow storms coming through, which made the run nice and wet.  I did the provo towne center loop and then plyo's with core.  Nothing too exciting, and nothing to complain about.  Just another great day of training.

PM: This morning I got up around 8:15 to get to my games on time.  I refed 5 games back to back till about 2.  Right after that I headed out for a run.  My run totally sucked! I was tired and worn out to the bone.  I was gritting my teeth just to get through it.
