| Well, its a new year! I have new goals and lots and lots of work ahead of me and I believe that blogging will be one of those little goals that will help me achieve my bigger goals. So with that said I am going to blog every day and make it count for something.
AM: Just an easy 4 to start of my finals break that I took last month. Temps here in provo were oddly warm! I think It was close to 50 when I got out. My body is rejecting the running after eating lots of junk food and the time off, which is to be expected. But other than that it was a decent run.

| AM: I got out of the house around noon and did a quick 4 up to the bottom of the Y hill and back. Temps were warm again today and my body is still not likeing the whole running thing right now, but It was still a great run.

| AM: Easy 4 out around the center street park and under the freeway back home. The rejecting pain is slowly starting to wear its way off hopefully as the miles keep pileing on.

| PM: After a full day of school and home work I finally go out of the house for my run around 10 ish. I did a loop through the Y campus and then up by the temple and back down home. Temps were warmer than I dressed for. My tummy was a bit up set during the last 2 from just eating an hour earlier. I wont be doing that again.

| PM: Have you ever had one of those dreams where you feel like your running in water, or possibly in sand? Well i lived one of those runs tonight as I tried to master the art of running on slick roads covered in Ice and snow. I ran up towards the Y to get a cool look over the valley as the fog and stuff rolled in, but it was much harder than anticipated. Getting up wasn't the most difficult part, it was going down. Every step I took I slid 4 feet. So I probably cant say i "ran" 5 miles but more like ran 4 and slid 5. :)

| PM: Todays temps were warmer than they have been with the recent snow storms coming through, which made the run nice and wet. I did the provo towne center loop and then plyo's with core. Nothing too exciting, and nothing to complain about. Just another great day of training.

| PM: This morning I got up around 8:15 to get to my games on time. I refed 5 games back to back till about 2. Right after that I headed out for a run. My run totally sucked! I was tired and worn out to the bone. I was gritting my teeth just to get through it.

| PM: Running is getting much easier now that Im back into a solid routine. This morning the wife and I did the plyo version of insanity, and it tore me up. Im not used to the intesity of jumping. But hey this is a good time to start. 5 loop around the Y campus and back home.

| PM: Got out today around 4ish and headed down on the trail and then up into orem for a loop back down into provo. Today was the first day that I felt that things flowed well and I have some good speed and endurance back into my legs. that is a nice feeling
