We are now on our break so we aren't supposed to run for this week so today I went on a bike ride.. yep once again :) Today it was me and Nelson... We did a loop from the school, down onto the provo parkway headed toward utah lake but we got off onto Geneva Rd and looped through a neighborhood and back to uvu. It was fun but a bit chilly. We went for an hour and went about 11.5 miles so it's not like we were flyin I was just takin it easy since we aren't really supposed to do much this week but I had to take advantage of the good weather for it being november eh! |
