Just started running XC last summer with Coach Barnes at Riverton High. One year of long distance track, competing in all three distance events. Now on the Cross Country team at UVU for my freshman year of college.

Tough Run up Yellow Fork Canyon!
 I have never gone this far.. ever! Made it to the top of the top of the ridges.
About 3.2 miles up and 3.2 back down. Going up was brutal. Had to walk quite a few times but I made it and I hated it the whole way up but when I was done it felt great.
