Today was another difficult day for me for some odd reason.. I feel like they just go fast everyday and I think I'm really not supposed to go their full workout but I have been so maybe I'm just not ready to be running that long cause I am fatigued every day. hmm Well we just did a big the big loop like we did on tuesday but just kind of backwards. We went for 50 minutes. We did abs and a cool push-up workout.. I didn't think that the pushup workout would have hurt that bad but it sure did.. we only did 10 pushups but you had to hold it for 15-30 seconds between each one.. man that hurts. After practice we hit up Pier 49 pizza and used our awesome free pizza coupons.. Ah man it was amazingly delicious!!!
