Just started running XC last summer with Coach Barnes at Riverton High. One year of long distance track, competing in all three distance events. Now on the Cross Country team at UVU for my freshman year of college.

I had a great time up at camp and I'm glad that Barnes let me go up and kind of help out...
Now we are back to regular xc practice. We ran out to the little pond on the canal and back. I was just trailing behind Barnes and Parker.. running with Ashlynn most of the time.. my legs were dead
